Q1. What is the whole process of making orders?
Because of the characteristic of the products, normally, customers will have their own demands for styles and colors, it is very important to supply customize service. The process of making orders will be:
Getting original samples and detail demands form Customers(If you do not just need our styles and colors, we will send samples for your confirmation)------Making samples and getting customers confirmation------Agreement for all the terms------Signing Contract------Making orders and Delivery.

Q2. How many colors are available?
We can supply custom-built colors, so each color is available in our products. Please send us your original samples with color samples, we will make samples as your demands for you.

Q3. How many styles are available?
There is products List on the website, they are part of our styles. And we can supply custom-built styles,Acctually, we are making customized style and colors mostly, becasue clients will always have their own idea for it. So, please send us your original samples with color samples, we will make samples as your demands for you.

Q4. What is minimum quantity for each style?
It is some depend on the materials, if the material is special, and we have to book it with big quantity, the minimum quantity will be big. But normally, minimum quantity for Fringe/Beading/Bullion is 2,000Meters each style, and also 2,000pcs for tassels and fashions each style. Please look at the description of each product for detail.

Q5. I want to get your samples, How can we do that?
You are welcome asking for getting samples, please give us detail demands for the samples, it will better you send us your original samples and color samples.
We will make samples as your demands, if you are a new client, please pay the express fee for that, the sample could be cost free if it is small. To pay the express fee, please give us your express account (UPS/FEDEX/TNT/...), we will send the samples with Freight Collect, or please pay the express fee before sending samples. Please send e-mail to ask our Bank Account.

Q6. What is the payment terms?
The payment term is depends on your level of credit, if you are our new client, the payment term is "T/T 30% prepay, the balance before delivery" or "T/T 30% prepay, the balance L/C sight". If our cooperation is smoothly, and over 1 year, we can change better payment terms such as "T/T 30% prepay, the balance after delivery" or "L/C Sight".

Q7. What is the shipment terms?
It is depend on your orders and demands, Please let us know you'd like deliver goods by ship or air, we will give you a suggestion which way will be better depend on your engency levels. Normally, if the payment term is FOB, you please
appoint your forwarder, we will deliver goods to your forwarder on time. If the payment term is CIF, we will deliver goods to our best forwarder with best freight on time.

Q8. What is the lead time for orders?
It is depends on the products and your quantity, the more complexity, bigger quantity, it will need longer lead time,but the unit quantity's lead time will be shorter. For example, 30,000 meters' fringe, the lead time will be about 30days, but if your quantity is 3,000 meters, the lead time will be 15 days. It is because the days what we prepare materials are the same. So, your quantity is bigger, the unit quantity's lead time will be shorter.

Q9. I want to know the price and other information for the products which interested me, How can I do that?
Please send e-mail to us, and give us the products' code which interested you, We will give you the best price and other information which interested you. Normally, the quantity is bigger, the unit price will be better.
